Today we are gonna breakdown a pose we do all the time. Forward Fold or Uttanasana. This pose is a transitional pose in Sun Salutations and is great for the body! Lets break it down!!   • Stretches the back side body from your heels to your head
  • Strengthens knees & thighs

How To

Start in Mountain Pose

Exhale Forward Fold

Hinge from your hips as you come down with a flat back

Grab for your calves, ankles, or heels; whatever is accessible

Gaze between your knees or towards your belly button

Relax your head & neck to release any tension

Say yes & no with your head
